These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and airSlate Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of the Financial Statement Template website and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

Financial Statement Template provides an online platform to access, complete, edit, sign, and manage business financial statement forms and document templates, including income statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including company name, legal name, valid email, and EIN/TIN.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to prepare, submit, or facilitate fraudulent financial documents or tax filings.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the Services.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or connected systems.
• Use the Services in any way that infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without our express written permission.

The Services and all content, features, functionality, design, software, text, graphics, logos, and interfaces are owned by airSlate Inc. or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. This does not include any right to sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Services.

All template designs, form structures, and proprietary document formats are the exclusive intellectual property of airSlate Inc.

You retain all ownership rights to the financial data and information you enter into our templates ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right and authority to submit the User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your User Content is accurate and does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

We do not review, verify, or endorse User Content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all financial information you submit.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Notice, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Certain features may require payment of fees. If you elect to use paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at time of purchase.
• All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Fee changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Templates are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any document generated through our platform for legal or regulatory purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, airSlate Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless airSlate Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
• Any inaccurate or fraudulent User Content you submit.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English in Delaware. You waive any right to jury trial or class action. Either party may still seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
